If at the time you are looking for an apartment in our building, we don’t have the size that is suitable for you, then we can put you on a waiting list. When another apartment in one of our buildings the size you require becomes available, then you have the option to take that apartment. The option for the apartment goes first to anyone on the waiting list, and thereafter is available on a first come, first serve basis. Please inquire with management for more details.
