Deposit requirement is $200 to reserve a rental unit.  All deposits are non refundable.  If you pay a deposit for rent and then decide not to move in, then you lose the deposit – as it is nonrefundable. Payment for deposit is only accepted as cash, e transfer, certified cheque, money order.

Apartment Rental Option:

If at the time you are looking for an apartment in our building, we don't have the size that is suitable for you, then we can put you on a waiting list. When another apartment in our building the size you require becomes available, then you have the option to take that apartment. The option for the apartment goes first to existing residents, then anyone on the waiting list, and thereafter is available on a first come, first serve basis. Please inquire with management for more details.
