FAQ -- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT RENTALS AREA AMENITIES: YMCA pool and gym, a dog park, skate board park, off road bike track, tennis court, ice rink, Tim Horton’s, Wendy’s, Boston Pizza, Swiss Chalet, Harvey’s, The Source, Golf Course, and many other stores.
UNITS OFFERED: Studio open concept, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom rental units.
WATERFRONT LOCATION: On the river and steps to the beach.
FISHING: In your back yard.
SAME DAY MOVE IN: If desired (on select units).
UTILITIES INCLUDED: Heat, Hydro, water, gas, and parking.
UNFURNISHED UNITS:
PET FRIENDLY: Pups and paws welcome- pet friendly with breed restrictions.
NO LEASE: No lease required.
CREDIT CHECK: We do not do credit checks.
LAST MONTHS RENT: Is not required.
RENT PAYMENTS: Rent payments can be made by cash, e transfer, or a TD Bank cash deposit.
INNKEEPERS ACT: This rental unit is rented under the innkeepers act.
MAINTENANCE REQUESTS: Can be made by phone call or email.
BALCONY: Waterfront balcony or patio over looking the Nottawasaga River.
FLOOR PLANS: Several different floor plans offered.
RIVERFRONT VIEW: From most rental units.
BOAT LAUNCH: on site. AFFORDABLE LIVING: and convenient.
PICNIC AREA: IN YOUR BACK YARD.
BATHROOM: has a 4 piece bathroom with a tub, shower, toilet and sink.
DOWNHILL SKIING: Only 15 minutes away at Blue Mountain Resort.
DEPOSIT: $200 to reserve a rental unit. All deposits are non refundable.
DEPOSIT PAYMENTS: Cash, e transfer, certified cheque,or money order.
APARTMENT RENTAL OPTION: If at the time you are looking for an apartment in our building, we don't have the size that is suitable for you, then we can put you on a waiting list. When another apartment in our building the size you require becomes available, then you have the option to take that apartment. The option for the apartment goes first to existing residents, then anyone on the waiting list, and thereafter is available on a first come, first serve basis. Please inquire with management for more details.
